To use certain functions you can set in the program parameters that they can only be used after the document has been approved by a person responsible. The following error is returned if you try to use the function nonetheless:

Solution:

1. Confirm the document (check the Approved checkbox in document header).

2. Wait for the person responsible to approve the document.
