To search for data on total transactions through subject's transactions the opening date of general ledger from Program Parameters is used (in the same way as it is used in displaying account card).

If the opening date of general ledger is not defined, it cannot be calculated and an error is returned.

Solution:

Open  Program Parameters | Financials | General and enter the general ledger opening date.
