Documents with entered foreing currency in their headers must have defined
the exchange rate for recalculation of prices and amounts that can be found in
the document. To do this you have to ensure the exchange rate in document.
The following IRIS message is returned in case you create a document with
exchange rate set in its header but which is different than the one set in
Administration Panel | Settings | Program Parameters | Company | General - that
is, the currency and the exchange rate set in the Bank of Slovenia field are
equal 1:

Clicking it opens the
Subjects register more precisely the subject BS - Central
rate, where you can check whether ypu the exchange rate
for the currency, using which the document is being created, is entered.

In case that the entered exchange rate cannot be found
in the exchange rate list and you enter it subsequently you have to
enter the date once again. This date is in Administration Panel set
as the date for on which the exchange rate is valid. Or you can by
click the Enter date
button should the IRIS message reappear. It automatically moves you
to the wanted date field. |

Using this option the focus moves to the
document date field, which is in Administration
Panel | Settings | Program Parameters | Goods | Genera set as the date
on which the sought-for exchange rate is valid. After you have entered the
appropriate date in the field,
the exchange rate used in recalculation is found. Of course, under the
condition that it is entered in the in BS - Central
rate exchange rate list. |

By clicking this option the focus moves to the BS - Central
rate field in the document,
where you enter the foreign exchange rate in order to recalculate prices and
amunts that can be found in the document. |
