Outstanding prepay,emts and outstanding payables or receivables to be closed
are displayed in the Close Outstanding Prepayments
(received or given) menu, according to the selected criteria. If you select the
outstanding amounts to be closed but which are in different currencies, the
following message is returned:
Click
to close the window.
Solution:
1. For closing select outstanding prepayments and receivables or payables of
the same currency.
2. Check if documents to be posted comply.
