Clicking Close in the menu for manually closing outstanding items closes both an outstanding receivabe together with an outstanding payment (see close lines).

If you selected only receivables or only payments, closing cannot be carried out and the following error is returned:

Click to close the window.

Solution:

Select both types of lines to be closed !
