Here you can check available stock of item.

Plus, you can enter the following:

Stock

Enter these criteria when creating report of minimum available stock at warehouse! If value 0 is entered in Minimum Stock, Optimum Stock and Maximum Stock fields, the data is not required!

Minimum Stock Enter minimum stock of item. The available stock should not fall below the specified minimum quantity. Having selected accordingly in Document Types, you will receive a notification informing you when the stock level reaches critical quantity (see Stock is below minimum)!
Optimum Stock Enter optimum stock of item. This way you can view items on stock but which have insufficient quantity.
Maximum Stock Enter maximum stock of item. This quantity must not be exceeded.

Purchase Orders

If value 0 is entered in Minimum Order Quantity and Packaging for Order fields, the data is not required!

Minimum Order Quantity Enter minimum quantity (expressed in the primary U/M) for supply. It is used in automatically created purchase orders.
Packaging for Order Enter quantity of item (expressed in primary U/M) which will be supplied per order. It is used in automatically created purchase orders.
Document Type for Purchase Orders
Data is retrieved from Manufacturing module when creating purchase orders from plan. Enter or select default document type for purchase orders.
Delivery Within Enter default number of days for goods delivery. It is used:
Merge Purchase Orders Within Enter number of days. It is used when creating purchase orders from plan in Manufacturing.

AVAILABLE STOCK

Warehouse Enter or select a warehouse with available stock.
Min. stock Enter minimum stock of item at the warehouse. Having selected accordingly in Document Types, you will receive a notification informing you when stock level reaches critical quantity (see Stock is below minimum)!
Opt. stock Enter optimum stock of item at the warehouse.
Max. stock Enter maximum stock of item at the warehouse.
Stock Enter stock quantity (that is, available stock at the warehouse).
Value Displays value of stock.
Allocated Displays hard allocations of the item as well as the warehouse (for more information see Hard Allocations).
Remaining Stock The quantity of stock which can be shipped, sold, allocated after having considered all hard allocations (=current available stock + allocated stock quantity).

Click the print icon 000100.gif to create a warehouse card report for the item.

000001.gif If the current stock and the stock recorded on the warehouse card do not match, see topic Refresh Stock!
000001.gif To prevent users access or the ability to change value of stock and average price of item, assign them zero authorizations for pricing.
