When you click the Account Balance
option from the right-mouse click menu of the
item of browsed posts the progam displays
account data in the currently selected journal entry item:
- Account Balance: account ID (in this case: 1100)
- Prior to Journal Entry: information on account balance prior to
the selected journal entry. The amount has the abbreviation DB (debit
balance) CR
(credit balance).
- On Journal Entry: transaction balance in the currently selected
journal entry. The amount has the abbreviation DB (debit balance) or CR (credit
balance).
- Total Balance: total balance of the selected account. The amount
has the abbreviation DB (debit balance) or CR (credit balance).
All information are in the local currency.
