External IDs

You can enter as many extenal IDs and names as you need for an item. This way you can enter a unique ID and name for each item.

 

Subject Enter or select a subject with corresponding ID and description. To link the entered ID and/or descripition with all subjects, select it in the Program Paramerers (for more information see External Identifiers. 

In order to use an external ID with a certail type of subject, enter it in Subject Types!
ID Enter an external ID. It can also be an EAN code.

You cannot leave this field empty!
Description Enter a short text description for item.
