panel you may enter and edit notes.
Item
| The consecutive number of the note. It is
created automatically.

Clerk
| The Id of the clerk who created the record. The data are
entered by the program automaticallyo and it cannot be modified.

Posted
| The date and time of the note was created.
The data are entered by the program automatically and cannot be modified.

Note
| You can enter the text of the note which is maximum 4096
characters long. The note that has been already entered can be modified
(edited) by first pressing the key
