Authorizations for Items Register

Just like for any other register in PANTHEON you can assign adequate authorizations for Items register menus as well. Becuase of its specifc and wide usage, you can assign additional authorizations:

Items Categories permissions can be set here:

• Authorizations for changing key
• Authorizations for changing accounting details
• Authorizations for changing type of serial number tracking
• Costing authorizations
• Pricing authorizations
• Contract Prices authorizations
• Specification authorizations
• Category authorizations
• External ID authorizations

You can assign write (broades) or zero (narrowest) authorizations when determining level of authorization.

If user is not assigned adequate authorizations, the use of a function is denied and returns error (for more information see You are not authorized for this operation (xxx)!). The lowest required authorization is displayed in brackets. That us, users will not be able to view some panels if they are not assigned adequate authorizations.
