Creating a Price Adjustment Document

Create a Document of Price Adjustment

Click the Adjust Prices button in Fixed Prices to create a document of price adjustment.

Document Type Enter or select a document type of internal receiving. The type 1R0 - Inventory revaluation is set by default.
Price Adjustment on Set a date from which the new fixed price is valid.

 

Proceed by clicking the Run button.

Warehouse Displays a warehouse where the difference between the new and old valuation price is recorded.
Here you can only find warehouses for which fixed prices are set in stock valuation!
ID Displays item ID.
Description Enter description.
Stock Displays item stock PRIOR to the newly-determined fixed price (in our case: 29 Nov, 2008).
Old Value Displays old stock value according to the past fixed prices.
New Value Displays stock value according to the newly-fixed valuation prices.
Difference Displays the difference between old and new values. The value is used in revaluation.

 

 

After entering any missing information, you can create a document of price adjustment using the selected document type:

A document is displayed after the operation has completed:

The quantity in this document will be equal to 0. The valuation price which is at the same time equivalent to the value of revaluation or price adjustment is shown in warehouse card.
