Import Report

Import Report

You can import reports from a .vtd file by selecting Import from the Import/Export  menu in the Reports register.

Overwrite If checked, imported reports with IDs that already exist will overwrite the existing reports.
File The path and file name of the .vtd file from which you are importing reports from.
.vtd files are produced by the Export Report function and the Import/Export Data panel in the Administration Panel.

Click the Import button to start the import process.

 

System reports cannot be overwritten. If you are trying to import a report with an ID that is identical to a system report, a warning will appear, suggesting a replacement ID.

If you are trying to import a report with an ID that is identical to an existing report, but the Overwrite option is disabled, a message prompts you if you want to overwrite the existing report.
