Copy Working Hours

Copying Workign Hours allows you to schedule the time for the selected period for the Company or the selected Demartment.

Working Hours  
ID Select an ID of Working hours you want to multiply for Company or Department as the Planned Working Hours Calendar.
Start You can set Start day  to begin copying working hours.
Planned Working Hours Type In this field ou can choose type of working hours only if in Planned panel field Working hours is empty.
Period  

Start/End

Time from/to

In this field you can set a period of start or End of copying working hours.

Field Time from/to can only be filled if a window ID is empty.
If checked, the selected entry type will be copied to all records. If left unchecked, it is copied to all records.

 

If you press key Copy, you will copy Working Hours according to selected criteria. Program will make a note;

 

 

On this step you can still cancel the operation.

In case Company or Department calendar has already entered absences, program will make a warning:
