Granule Documents and Tasks

The PANTHEON Granule Documents and Tasks allows you to access all the company documentation from your mobile device anywhere at any time.

Using the camera on their phone or tablet, your employees working in the field can quickly upload documents to the archive, which are visible to all other PANTHEON users from the very next moment.

At the same time, tasks allow you to approve documents from the field.

The following chapters provide examples of how to use the Granule Documents and Tasks.

Documents

All the company documentation is stored securely in the documentation archive. The module Documents enables you to gain an overview of all documentation. This chapter shows examples of how to enter a document using a mobile phone camera in the field and how to gain an overview of the documentation archive in the field.
Tasks The module Tasks allows you to quickly approve documents. Using mobile devices, approving documents in the field is faster and easier. This chapter presents an example of how an employee approves a document in the field.
