Document type

Settings for Document types in PANTHEON Web Light can be access in the module Settings. The list of document types and its search functions allows you to gain an overview of all document types. You can edit general information of document types and set them up for fiscalization. The authorization settings for document types need to be defined in PANTHEON.

List of document types The list of document types contains all the document types available in the database. This chapter shows how to check the list of document types and how to use the tools for searching document types.
General information on document type In the general information of a particular document type, you can specify the title and main properties of each document type. This chapter shows how to select a specific document type, view its general information and set it up for fiscalization.
Setting authorizations for document types Authorizations allow you to control who has the right to read, write or delete the content of a document. They are defined for each module of PANTHEON Web Light at user level. This chapter shows how to set user authorizations in PANTHEON.
