Vaccination

In this tab, you enter all relevant data for animal vaccination. The appearance of this tab depends on the treatment type. If individual treatment is selected, then the animal list is shown on top of the tab.

1. Individual Treatment Appearance

Here you enter data for individual animals.

2. Group Treatment Appearance

Here you enter data for all selected animals.

3. Functions

  - if there aren't any record in grid then click on button fills default vaccination type from Vaccination Type Register, else just opens new row so you can enter new vaccination type.

4. Positions

Vaccination Type	Choose Vaccination Type from drop down. With double click on this field Vaccination Type Register is opened.
Vaccine Item	The ID of Vaccine Item. if Vaccine Item is defined for selected Vaccination Type in Vaccination Type Register, then it is filled automatically in Vaccination tab and in Performed Services, except if isn't defined as Package.   WARNING If the option Only active items can be selected in Document Types settings then only active items will be shown in the dropdown menu.     WARNING We can choose just items that meet conditions specified in the Link Between Items and Veterinarian - specialty Vaccination
Item Name	The name of the Vaccine  item. Type the ID or choose it from the lookup list. An item can also be found and selected in the Name field - in this case the item's ID will be entered automatically.    WARNING If the option Only active items can be selected in Document Types settings then only active items will be shown in the dropdown menu.   WARNING We can choose just items that meet conditions specified in the Link Between Items and Veterinarian - specialty Vaccination
Quantity	The quantity of performed Vaccinations. when entering quantity it s also automatically written in Tab Performed Services. In case that quantity is not entered then we get a message.
Interval	Enter when nex vaccination will occur - in our case it will occur again in 1 Year (Period Type). if Interval is defined for selected Vaccination Type in Vaccination Type Register, then it is filled automatically
Period Type	Choose Period Type (Day, Week, Month, Year) to define when next Vaccination of this type will occur.  If Period Type is defined for selected Vaccination Type in Vaccination Type Register, then it is filled automatically
Next Vacc. Date	Is Calculated from Interval and Period Type, but it also can be changed or defined without Interval or. period type. If next vaccination date isn't specified then error occurs:

If in  Vaccination Type Register is selected tha national ID No. is obligatory and if  it isn't defined for Owners in Animals Register next error occurs:

If owner it has not data entered that is important for export vaccination to the national register,  than he will  gets an error message when, he add the vaccination
