Import mailbox
To download mailboxes from the Web Services, select the Import mailbox button from the toolbar. The following Import mailbox pop-up window opens.
The following settings can be selected:

Import type

- Add – Only adds new mailboxes to the existing ones.
- Add/Edit – Adds new mailboxes and updates existing ones.

For country
|
From the drop-down list, select the localization for which you want to import mailboxes.

After selecting the settings, perform these actions in this order:

Download from server
|
Starts the process of downloading mailboxes from the server.
|
|
Transfer into register
|
Starts the process of transferring and importing the selected mailboxes into your mailbox register.
