Servicing WO

When you click on a particular Servicing WO card on the Servicing WO List, the program opens the individual Servicing WO form where you can access to detailed data about the WO (work order).

The form shows the general information about the servicing WO, i.e. the servicing WO number and the related item (service operation).

The form is divided into three tabs: Issued materialTools, and Operations. Individual tabs display operations, issued matereial and tools related to the individual servicing WO.

HINT

When you open the form, the Operations tab opens by default.

 

Below is a description of the form’s features:

1. Toolbar

The toolbar on the form Servicing WO shows the following tabs and buttons:

Servicing WO

Clicking this tab opens the form Servicing WO list.

Issued materials

Clicking this tab opens the Issued material form for the selected servicing WO. The form shows details of the material requirements for the servicing WO.

Tools

Clicking this tab opens the Tools form for the selected servicing WO. The form shows details of the tool requirements for the servicing WO.

Operations

Clicking this tab opens the Operations form for the selected servicing WO. The form shows details of the work operations for the servicing WO.

Documents Clicking this tab opens the Documents form for the selected servicing WO. The form shows documents linked to the WO.

 

2. Header

The header of the form shows the servicing WO Number, related Item, and Location of the service.

Number

Number of the servicing WO that is made up of the year of creation of the servicing WO, the WO document type, and the consecutive number of the servicing WO.

Item

The ID of the item (compound service) from the Items register.

Location

Address indicating where the compound service was provided.

Active operation If the toggle button is enabled, only active operations are displayed.

3. Cards

The central part of the form shows the cards with specific servicing WO details. Which cards are displayed depends on the tab selected in the form toolbar:

  • Issued material – Shows Material cards with general information on the material lines of the servicing WO. For more information on the material cards, see the chapter Issued Materials.
  • Tools – Shows tool cards with general information on the tool lines of the servicing WO. For more information on the tool cards, see the chapter Tools.
  • Operations – Shows operation cards with general information on the work operation lines  of the servicing WO along with the information which employee is working on the operation. For more information on work operation cards, see the chapter Operations.

 

4. Buttons

The left bottom part of the form shows the two buttons: the Back and the Add button.

(Back)

Returns to the Servicing WO list.

(Add)

Opens a new form to add a new Operation to the Servicing WO.
