Adding Tool
The form New Tool is used to add a tool to the Servicing WO.
To open the form, select the desired Servicing WO card from the Servicing WO List, click the Tools tab, and then click the 
button.

Case summary
Gary Service, a servis employee at Tecta Ltd., wants to add a new tool to a Servicing WO. This involves selecting the tool, specifying the quantity, and confirming the addition. He uses the New Tool form to achieve this. This is done as follows:
- Opening the New Tool form
- Entering tool details
- Confirming the tool

After logging in to PANTHEON Field Service Granule, he selects the desired Servicing WO card from the Servicing WO List. 
He then clicks on the Tools tab and selects the button, which opens the New Tool form, ready for data entry.
The New Tool form consists of several sections where he enters the required details of new tool:
- Tools: He clicks on the Tools field to reveal a drop-down menu with tool items. He can select a tool item from the list or insert a new one in the empty field above the drop-down menu.
- Description: This field displays the description of the selected tool item and cannot be edited. It automatically updates based on the selected tool item from the Items register.
- Quantity: He enters the quantity of the new tool needed for the Servicing WO.
By clicking the Add button, he saves the entered data. 
adds The new tool to the work BOM, and returns to the Tools tab with a refreshed list of tool cards.
