Leave, sick leave – Settings

In the Leave, sick leave panel, you can enter any absences that apply at company level and are displayed as buttons in the timer that the employees use to keep track of their working hours in My records.

IMPORTANT

In PANTHEON Chronos Mini, the main types of absences are predefined.

The screen can be divided into the following sections:

  1. Toolbar
  2. Header
  3. List

 

1. Toolbar

In the toolbar, you can select the tabs Company, Work records and Users.

2. Header

In the header, you can search by absence and select the signatory of the personnel documents (decisions).

Search Enter the desired search string.

Personnel Documents Signatory

From the drop-down list select the employee who is the signatory of the personnel documents (decisions).

3. List

This section shows a table with data on the absences entered as described below. You can edit, delete and add absences.

(Move) Using the drag and drop function, you can move drag the line up or down to change the order of absences.

ID

Any code that represents this type of absence. The ID of the absence can be different from the ID of the earnings type.

Name

Name of the absence, e.g. Public holiday, Annual leave, Sick leave, etc.

ET

Earnings type from the Earnings type register. This information is useful if you are exporting records for import into payroll.

Icon

Image of the absence icon, which is displayed both in My records timer and in the main list of Work records. The icons are stored in the Icons register.

Main color

 

The color used to color the icon and the bottom part of the absence button in My records timer.

(Add)

Enter all the required information for the new absence in the blank line and then click this button to add the absence to the Absences register. A button for the entered absence is displayed in Work records.

(Delete)

Deletes the line (absence) from the register. The button for this absence will no longer be displayed in My records timer.
