Task Type

We define the task types when we want to group the tasks by shared properties.Tasks are then more easily filtered in the table of tasks, as well as determine which data about the task should be displayed in calendar view of the selected task type.

The Task Type register can be accessed by double-clicking into the Task type field on the Task form.

For this purpose, we have prepared a User Manual with the following use cases:

Creating a new task type In this User Manual, we have shown the steps of creating a new task type.
Urgent task

Urgent tasks are tasks which need to be carried out urgently by all users. This can be logging into the program again, closing the program, running eWorkflow or ARES. With urgent tasks, we can also send an urgent notification or information to the users.
