Harvest
The Harvest tab is used for recording data about crop harvests, e.g. apples, potatoes, but also hay, silage, etc.
| Production Cycle |
You select active production from drop-down menu. Production cycle has to be inserted through Crop production|Production Cycles. |
| Task Date |
You insert a date of task. You can either insert in manually or choose it from drop-down calendar. |
| Task |
You choose a task that was preformed. Tasks have to be first inserted into Items.
 |
Tho things are important for tasks in Items:
1. Item Type has to be set at 911
2. Task has to be marked as Base for Salary Calculation

| Hours |
You insert number of preformed hours
|
At entry of working hours we have to be aware, that program will automatically dedicate to each worker. So if you choose 3 workers and write 3 hours, program will write 3 hours to each worker so final sum will be 9 hours of work. |

| Subdivisions |
From drop-down menu you choose subdivision that had been previouslay appointed to production cycle. Subdivision are appointed at Crop Production|Production Cycles. |
| Workers |
In drop-down menu you will find a list of workers that have been inserted into Settings|Agricultural Holding|Household. System will automatically assign inserted working hours for FADN report. |
| Harvested Product |
This field is automatically assigned fwith crops, that we have assigned in Crop Production|Production Cycles
|
At individual cycle you can only harvest product that we have assigned in production cycle. You cannot add additional crops. |
|
| Quantity |
Quanitiy of harvested product. |
| U/M |
Unit of harvested product. This is filled automatically from unit that we have set at Crop Production|Production Cycles |
| FADN Type |
In this field you choose FADN type of individual produce or material. This field is important for automatic FADN report creation. |
| Tools |
In this drop-down menu, you can choose fixed assets used in working process. You can choose more than one. If you want to use fixed asset, it has to be inserted into Fixed Assets, where it has to be marked as Equipment. |
| WO No. |
At every entry there is a WO number assigned. At double click on this field, you can open Simple Manufacturing. |

At product entries, cycles are finnished automatically if inserted amount is the same or higher than planned. If not, than we have to manually close the cycle. |
