Veterinary journal contains information abou animal treatment on the farm. It contains the same information as Health tabs in animal record, this is just group information useful for group treatment entries.
Information are entered through button Add adn edited through Edit. When user clicks button, pop-up will appear.

One user entered information, he can change them in the same way.
Group treatments can also be inserted. If user ticks Mass Input field, list of animals opens.
Users picks animals for treatment from the list. Inserted information will be recorded to specified animal.
