Employment record

The Employment Record panel is for tracking the length of services of the employee. Take care that you enter correct data or the program will not be able to calculate the right length of service and leave.


In the Employment Record section you can define following fields:  

Length od service

Type of length of service (at which company did the employee acquire the length of service):

  • This Employer,
  • For Other Employers,
  • Purchased;
  • Other (while the employee was not employed, but the period still counts to the length of service).
Status

Status of service:

  • Employment - This option is for tracking regular employment in you and other company;
  • Student Work - This option is for tracking student work;
  • Temporary Work - This option is for tracking temporary work;
  • Contract Work - This contract is for tracking contract work.
Start Date on which the employment was concluded.
Reason for employment Enter the reason for employment.
End Date on which the employment was terminated.
Reason for Cessation Enter the reason for cessation from the Register of Reason of cessation.
Lenght of service Calculated length of service.
Trial period We can mark if the employee has a trial period.
Is used Selected toggle button (yellow colour) shows that the program includes the length of service in calculation of the length of service.
Leave Selected toggle button (yellow colour) shows that the program includes the length of service in the leave calcualtion.
Anniversary Selected toggle button (yellow colour) shows that the program includes the length of service in the calculation of anniversaries.
Incerase ID Code from length of service increase register.
LoS increase

Value according to in the Code of Incerase ID.

LoS increase Data the duration ccording to in the Code of Incerase ID.
Note Note, i.e. where the employee was working before, etc.
By clicking the + button, we enter a new position in Emplyment record.
