Orders

The Orders module is used for monitoring sales orders, inquiries and quotations on the one side, and purchase orders, offers and demands on the other side.

Orders can also form the basis for creating invoices and issuing goods, and also the basis for creating work orders in the Manufacturing module. Simple functions for sales and purchase orders can help you can create receiving or issuing invoices for goods. Base on sales orders, you can also create work orders for manufacturing.

In the Orders module, the documents are very similar to receiving and issuing invoices. All functions for invoicing are available in this module, however, the orders in this module do not affect the accounting operations of the company.

The basic settings for the Orders module and the connection for transferring orders to the Goods module can be accessed in  Settings | Program | Administration Panel | Settings | Orders panel.

The Orders module includes:

Sales orders

Manage and create sales orders.

Purchase orders

Manage and create purchase orders.

Create purchase orders

Create purchase orders based on received sales orders.

Order Planning The form is designed for the automatic creation of orders to suppliers on the basis of some past realized sales

Picking list

Issue goods from warehouses to customers in a controlled manner.

Sales order reports

Create reports on sales orders.

Purchase order reports

Create reports on purchase orders.

Print UPN Form

Print special payment orders.

Browse Orders

Check all lines on sales and purchase order documents.

Mass Print Orders

Create, print and email a single PDF for multiple orders.
