Tools
In the Tools panel you can set up additional filelds for the Tools register.
The panel can be accessed from the menu Settings | Program | Administration Panel and by selecting Settings | Manufacturing | Registers | Tools.
In this form, you can define additional fields to be displayed in the Tools register.
In the left field is the field's name. The field is active and visible if it's named.
In the smaller, middle field (Sequence) is the sequential number that determines the order in which the program will display fields.
In the right field a SQL statement can be entered that generates a search table of data that can be entered in additional fields when updating resources.
| Text Fields |
You can define special additional text fields (i.e. for the description of the note for a resource). In the field you can enter the desired name of the text field. |

You can define numerical fields. You can use fields to enter additional numerical data of the resource. In the field you can enter the desired name of the additional field. |

You can define date fields, for additional info (date of purchase, guarantee, etc.) |
