Prilikom slanja e-računa javlja se informativna poruka "Svojstvo pretinca primatelja nije ispravno" i dokument se ne pošalje

Uzrok pogreške je nedostatak šifre organizacijske jedinice primatelja u Osnovnim podacima u Šifrantu subjekta.
Uobičajeno je riječ o subjektu koji je ili dio jedinice lokalne uprave - grad, općina, županija ili neko od državnih poduzeća (Hrvatske šume, HEP,...)
Informacija o šifri organizacijske jedinice može se dobiti direktno od primatelja.
