v mojem programu mi ne dela opcija za izdajo računa,

Napiše mi "nimate aktivnih naprav"

V kolikor ste že izdajali račune in vam javi to napako "nimate aktivnih naprav", potem ste najverjetneje izdajali račune preko Veleprodaje, sedaj pa se nahajate na Maloprodaji.

Na Maloprodaji je potrebno vzpostaviti fiskalizacijo, kar je enkraten proces (razen certifikat je potrebno obnavljati na 5 let).

Poglejte na Veleprodaja in storitve, če ste tam izdajali račune.
