Kada se u šifarniku predložaka serijskih brojeva postavi neko polje da automatski povlači podatak, na primer na osnovu broja dokumenta u polju "SQL upit za zadate vrednosti" i sa upitom:
ACKEYVIEW;select LEFT(ACKEYVIEW,13) AS ACKEYVIEW from vHE_Move where acKey = '#ACKEY#'
u dokumentu koji se pravi se serijski broj povlači kao prazan. Kao da promenljiva #ACKEY# ne vraća ništa.

Ako se malo izmeni sam querry, kao:
select LEFT(dbo.fPA_KeyRet(`#acKey#`,2,4,6),13), onda daje serijski broj kako i treba.
