Prilikom učitavanja idenata, potrebno je da svi povezani šifranti kao što su mjerne jedinice, knjigovodstvene vrste, klasifikacije i sl imaju potrebne unesene podatke. Ako neki od podataka nedostaje program će izbaciti grešku i potrebno je unijeti te podatke, nakon toga učitavanje žće biti uspješno.
