Nakon odradjenog upgrade-a svi subjekti su mi prebaceni na drzavu srbija i nemam gradova u BiH

Vjerovatno imaš problema jer prije upgrade.a nisi uradio ispravke ISO kodova u šifrantu država. Najbolje riješenje je da odeš na ftp.datalab.ba/databases, preuzmeš jednu od baza tamo i iz nje izvadiš šifrant poštanskih brojeva i država.
Alternativno možeš ručno ispravljati podatke, na način da ?? mijenjaš sa ISO prefiksom države, a da iste popuniš u šifrant država ručno.
