Kada potvrdimo ovaj prekidač, podaci iz obračuna se sačuvaju za taj period i prilikom ponovnog obračuna se ponove po tim vrijednostima umjesto aktuelnih vrijednosti iz proizvoljnih polja.
Čim se obračun zakljući (potvrđen je prekidač za zaključivanje), prekidač Obračun iz istorije se automatski potvrdi za sve radnike za koje je izvršen obračun.
