Datum razdoblja temeljnice – Dokument se zatvara s valutom jednakom datumu razdoblja iz temeljnice, što omogućava prikaz odstupanja u rokovima plaćanja.
Datum dospijeća dokumenta – Faktura i odobrenje se zatvaraju s njihovim stvarnim datumima dospijeća, što je korisno ako ne želimo obračunavati kamate.
