Kako izračunavam glavnicu ako imam samo ukupan iznos najma?

PANTHEON nudi kalkulator u okviru unosa najma. U kalkulator unesite:
Broj rata (8 godina x 12 mjeseci = 96)
Mjesečni iznos anuiteta (1.500,00 KM)
Kamatnu stopu (4%)
Klikom na "Preračunaj", kalkulator izračunava glavnicu i ukupan iznos. Klikom na "Potvrdi", vrijednost glavnice se prenosi u dokument najma.
