Kada se u dokumentu prijema odabere panel "Plaćanja", korisnik koristi opciju "Kreiraj nalog za pl.".
Sistem zatim generiše nalog za plaćanje na temelju podataka iz dokumenta prijema i podešenih vrijednosti u vrsti dokumenta.
U većini slučajeva, podaci će biti automatski popunjeni, uključujući broj računa dobavljača, poziv na broj, šifru svrhe plaćanja i transakcijski račun, a korisnik samo potvrđuje unos.
