Kod izrade računa Pantheon dozvoli unos odjela. kada se unese odjel u glavu, prebaci se na stavke. Kod spremanja javi poruku da korisnik nema prava na taj odjel i obriše odjel iz glave, a na stavci ostavi. U prilogu šaljem konkretan primjer na bazi po koracima.

Potrebno je u Administratorskoj konzoli/Postavke/Poduzeće označiti postavku "Pri autorizaciji na odjele ne prikaži neautorizirane zapisae (c).
Zatim, potrebno je još u autorizacijama staviti ništavnu autorizaciju na željeni odjel.
