Jednostavni uvoz koristi tri odvojene .txt datoteke (SREDID.txt, NOVELOK.txt i NSREDST.txt) i namijenjen je osnovnim podacima o sredstvima i lokacijama. Napredni uvoz koristi jednu .txt datoteku koju kreira bar-kod čitač i omogućava unos dodatnih informacija (npr. nositelj troška, ID korisnika, komentar).
