Izvještaj 33V – Pregled aktiviranih sredstava u pripremi prikazuje povezanost između osnovnih sredstava koja su trenutno u pripremi i aktivnih osnovnih sredstava koja su proizašla iz tih sredstava u pripremi. Drugim riječima, omogućava praćenje transformacije osnovnog sredstva od faze pripreme do njegove aktivacije u evidenciji stalne imovine.
