Spoštovani!

Že nekaj časa ne morem izpisati Zahtevka za refundacijo nadomestil in bolniškega lista.
Na obrazcu se ne prikaže okence, kjer bi lahko izbral delavca.
Ali morda veste za rešitev?

Imela sem obračunano napačno vrsto bolniške in tip zaslužka.
