Pozdrav,
kad šaljemo ponudi (ili bilo koji dokument) mailom direktno iz Pantheona - formira se mail s dokumentom u attachmentu. Taj dokument je u rtf formatu. Da li je ikako moguće da taj dokument bude PDF?

To možete odrediti u Administratorskoj konzoli /Postavke/Općenito - Postavke formata datoteke kod ispisa.
