Ali lahko na identih določimo rok veljavnosti?

Na identih za katere se vodi zaloga tudi po serijskih številkah lahko uporabimo tudi opcijo rok veljavnosti. V šifrantu identov je pod serijskimi številkami preklopnik ''Rok veljavnosti''. Ta preklopnik se obkljuka nato se odpre še opcija koliko je rok veljavnosti v dneh, tednih, mesecih in letu. Lahko se pa rok veljavnosti tudi ročno vpiše, ko se dela prevzeme za take idente.
