Kako bi se narudžbe prebacile u Otpremnu listu potrebno je zadovoljiti dva uvjeta:
1. Skladište sa kojega izdajemo robu preko Otpremne liste mora u Šifrantu subjekta/Skladište imati označeno Izdavanje preko otpremne liste
2. u Administratorskoj konzoli/Narudžbe potrebno je označiti status iz kojega se narudžba prebacuje na Otpremu listu
