Modul Trošarinska skladišča je namenjen vnosu identov s trošarino za skladiščenje, proizvodnjo in odpremo z odlogom plačila trošarine. Na Trošarinskih skladiščih se tako trošarina pri identih s trošarino sicer obračunava, se pa ne upošteva v nabavni vrednosti oz. v davčnih evidencah, kot je to primer pri vnosu trošarinskih identov v redno skladišče. V Trošarinskem skladišču je omogočena tudi sledljivost blaga.
