Najam se više ne knjiži direktno kao trošak. Umjesto toga, mora se evidentirati kao obaveza i osnovno sredstvo. U PANTHEON-u se koristi modul Krediti i leasing za unos dokumenta najma, a zatim se kroz Registar osnovnih sredstava vodi evidencija o sredstvu.
