Da li mi neko moze objasniti tacnu proceduru zamjene rezervnih dijelova u garantnom roku kroz pantheon?

Znam da bih trebala zaprimiti taj dio, koji vise nije ispravan, od kupca preko dokumenta 130-prijem reklamacije i to sam uradila, ali kako dalje?

Kako postavit knjizenje? Koji je pdv tretman izdavanja za zamjenu dijelova u garantnom roku?
