Za različite vrste dokumenata izdanih računa mogu se koristiti različiti oblici ispisa. Postoji li mogućnost da se za određenu vrstu dokumenta postavi pretpostavljeni oblik ispisa?

To je vrlo jednostavno postaviti. U šifrantu vrste dokumenta, na određenoj vrsti dokumenta odabere se tab Roba i odaberu se Napredne postavke. Kod polja Zadani ispis se iz padajuće izbornika odabere vrsta ispisa koja će se koristiti kao pretpostavljeni ispis upravo za tu vrstu dokumenta.
