Na obrascu Otvorene stavke klikom na Započni počinje bilježenje kontakta, a završava se klikom na Prekini ili Nedostupan. Zapis se automatski upisuje u historiju i označava određenom bojom:

Crna: Uspješan kontakt (Vrsta – pozvani)

Crvena: Neuspješan kontakt (Vrsta – nedostupni)

Plava: Kreiran dokument (Vrsta – kreiranje dokumenta)
