Granula Servis na terenu pruža pregled svih servisnih radnih naloga ili samo onih, koji su dodeljeni prijavljenom korisniku Granule, u zavisnosti od korišćene licence. Korisniku omogućava pregled celokupnog spiska servisnih radnih naloga, planiranje i raspodelu servisiranja radnicima, izveštavanje o obavljenom radu, kao i izdatom materijalu i upotrebljenom alatu.
