Prilikom izrade storno računa, neophodno je da kasir u opcionalno polje odabere vrstu identifikacionog dokumenta kupca (npr. lična karta, pasoš) i unese broj tog dokumenta. Nakon toga, klikom na dugme "Plaćanje računa", otvara se pretpregled ispisa, gdje kasir može izvršiti štampanje fiskalnog računa za Promet refundacija. Promet refundacija je fiskalni dokument koji potvrđuje da je storno računa izvršeno i da je kupcu novac vraćen.
