V Pantheonu lahko naredimo prevzem na servis in sicer sta za ta namen na voljo dva dokumenta in sicer:
Prevzem reklamacije kupca - s katerim evidentiramo servisne zahtevke kupcev, ki jih moramo obdelati in nato z izdajo vrniti kupcu.
Prevzem reklamacije od dobavitelja - s katerimi evidentiramo vračilo nadomestnih ali popravljenih identov, ki smo jih predhodno izdali dobavitelju servisiranega blaga.
